Biography

Marian is a Probate Legal Assistant at Veliz Katz Law, where she supports clients and attorneys through every stage of the probate process. With a foundation in client relations and administrative support, she brings clarity, organization, and compassionate communication to the families she assists.

Marian’s previous experience working directly with clients from their first point of contact has given her a deep understanding of the importance of clear guidance during stressful times. She applies that same care and attentiveness in her probate work, helping clients navigate required documents, timelines, and next steps with confidence.

She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and is a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Florida, allowing her to further support clients with essential communication and documentation needs.

Outside of the office, Marian enjoys cooking, practicing archery, and spending time with her family and friends.
